Property Management Fees
Property management fees?
I'm about to buy a home in Houston, and think with the buying agent as a property manager as I live out of town. He gave me his fees: 10% of the monthly rent. But I need to compare price. I would like to know the overheads for property managers in Houston.
I work in real estate in California. Remember that fees management of the property is negotiable and now, realtors are a lot of time and allow themselves to take what they can get. You must say you're willing to pay 5% of the monthly rent. I bet you can find someone who will manage your property for that.
