People who invest in real estate and real estate, I need your opinion …….!!!!!!!!!!?

My friend made a proposal that if I signed my name in this house for $ 200,000, I confess, and somehow get back $ 20,000 (do not remember exactly how he said that I wanted to get it back, he spoke quickly )…. then I could apply the $ 20 000 monthly payments for about a year or two (or rent it if I wanted )……. and at the end I turn around and sell it in one year to make money …….. Has anyone ever heard or been successful with this kind of thing ????? He says he would have to sit down with your broker and what is not ….. Maybe I'm not as familiar with this kind of market that some people I want to whether what he is doing is legal and whether it has the potential to make money. (He has a lot of shit to show for his latest flip …. a boat, two cars, a new house, a bike … etc. ….)

Not that this happens to you …. But it sounds almost like a "straw buyer" situation. Search this term to know what I mean. Or, it could simply mean the broker is planning on splitting some of its commissions with you. Although a 200k house, that would mean over 10% of commissions paid to allow the broker made a little money on distribution. While that seems unlikely.
