Real estate (buying a property with other people)?
I want to know if it makes more sense to partner business rather than having a person to collect the money as a group to buy and sell property. I would like to form a group of investors purchase apartments for rent, and buy commercial properties. In California, what are my options for opening this type of business plan so that all investors are also protected?
Form an LLC at the very least, if not a corporation. An LLC has advantages tax for you, too. Whatever you do, do not put it all in the hands of one of the individuals without this type of contract in place. Spend money to go a lawyer who specializes in real estate. You will not regret it. I know many who do not want to spend money and has found in a terrible mess.

Finding Unclaimed Property Kansas
Does someone leaves something at home, what time is the property forfieted in the state of Kansas?
I was something given by a family member in July 2006. I was informed today that if I did not return, I will be prosecuted. It was given as a gift. I have no evidence that it was given as a gift that will hold in a court of law. Are there any limitations Staut in the State of Kansas unclaimed property. It has been my home for 18 months. Do they have a case in court? Where would I find information about this?
Tell family members you got rid of it a year ago. I think you should keep for up to 3 months (30 days if perhaps too strong.) If they have never made any attempt to get it, you're not a storage facility and are not necessary to maintain it. If it was a gift, they can not take it back. They do nothing!
