in the area where I live, if you are under 18 years old, 1: If you injure your parents' bills doctors 2: If you're in a car wreck or you will damage some goods to those of your parents may be prosecuted or receive a bill for damage 3: You only allowed to work part-time 4: nobody will rent an apt. or motel 5: You're not old enough to buy cigs. or beer! 6: you can not join the army, navy or March I do not know anyone who can pay rent, buy food and other personal needs (shampoo, cond., toothpaste, soap, and washing clothes) does not work part time, even if you make $ 10 an hour, it would be very difficult! my real question is if a 15yr old be allowed to buy a bus ticket and leave the county or state lines crossed with a parent or legal guardian consent?
N A 15 year old is still a minor announcement, any parent who knowingly "allow" their child to do so would be guilty of negligence.
